We have available a few different types of cards depending on your needs, you can choose between a heavy cardstock or chose from one of many different types and thicknesses of PVC plastic cards, There are several types of PVC cards available as follows.

PVC Cards come in various thicknesses as follows.

• 10 mil great for a cost effective way to pass around in bulk
• 14 Mil
• 20 Mil
• 30 Mil (this thickness is the same as a credit or Bank card)

• Magnetic Strip (programable requires a strip reader/writer)
• SLE4428 Chip (programable requires a chip reader/writer)
• Adheasive Backing (peel off and stick)
• Horizontal (sloted for badge type use)
• Vertical (slotted for badge type use)

What is a CHIP:

A Chip such as 125kHz TK4100 Chip can be used for multiple purposes such as, on a door that requires electronic access or, it can be used as identification of yourself or to track your belongings such as luggage, you may often finds these types of chips used in a library situation, they practically have an unlimited  way for anyting that you want to track it’s where abouts.

What is a Madnetic Strip?

This standard tape strip contains three magnetic tracks that are used to store the card’s code data. The card is usually presented to the reader by swiping or inserting it into the reader, which obtains the card’s code using a magnetic head that detects the magnetic field generated by its strip.

What can it be used for?

Like the chip, the strip could contain card number, account numers, access information, banking information or pretty much any type of data you may require althought  the strip requires a reader in order to see the information much in the same way the Chip does.

We also offer a wide range of other types of printing needs you may have such as posters, custom puzzles, greating cards, bi and tri-fold flyers, letter, A4, A3, Legal or anything else you can think of up to 2ft by 150ft in size.

We also offer Vynal prints and cuts, Sublimation prints that can go on just about anyting you can emagin ie, cups, plates, tumblers, glass, metal clothing etc….

What are the Price?

NOTE: Setup: $30.00; Repeat Setup: $20.00. Prices are for reference only. All quotes are custom based on final quantity, availability, artwork, turnaround, setup, and shipping. Please get in touch with us for a formal quote.

Estimated basic pricing could range between $0.45 tp $1.50 per PVC card depending on several attributes required by your needs.

It’s difficult to determinan exact price, it will depend on attributes such as will it be single or double sided printing, will a chip and or magnetic strip be required, what type of card will you need, Card Stock or PVC, and if PVC what thikness will you require, thicker cards generally add more cost to your project.

Think of you application and how your cards will be used,  for example, is your requirement being uses in temporay needs or will you need a more durable longer lasting card?  and lastly, do you need custom graphics and or text? or just more basic and common, all these attributes will play a role in the final price of your project.

Posters

A Standard poster measures 24×36, we can print up to 2ft x 100ft or 150ft depending on paper type, we have 3 basic types of paper available, plain white 20lbs, Matte Finish or Glossy Photo Paper.
